What we collect and why

What you type into a worksheet stays in your browser unless you save it. If you write to us we keep your name, email, what you asked and anything you chose to include. On Pro we hold the page and locale records you create: the URL, the language, the status and the dates.

Legal basis and sharing

We are the vendor, not an introducer. Your enquiry is never sold and never passed to a translation agency or a lead broker. For the page records your site creates we are a processor acting on your instructions, with published sub-processors, a published retention schedule and a route for any request about them.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months, then deleted. Aggregate statistics that identify nobody are kept indefinitely.

Analytics

This site uses cookieless, aggregate analytics. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no consent banner needed.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask for deletion at any time: enquiries@hreflangly.com. We respond within one month.
